MFA THESIS
How can you showcase the true potential of older workers?  You challenge perceptions by putting their skills at the forefront. Skillfi is a recruitment site that focuses on a job seeker's skills and not their  seniority. By focusing on job seekers skill sets, employers will be empowered with information that provides a clearer picture of what individuals are capable of. The final solution resulted in a website and full ad campaign.
